Topic:  Common Sense and Awareness in Today’s Terrorist Environment

Description:  It is far more likely that you would be involved in a terrorist or active shooter incident while in a public venue, rather than at your place of work.  While the likelihood is still quite slim, if you were to be involved in an active shooter incident, would you know how to react, what to do?  Even better, would you have applied awareness and common sense that reduces your risk of injury, or worse?  This session will be a blend of risk awareness and prevention when in public spaces, and will include travel security, driving tips, kidnap preparedness, and a general level of preparedness that we don’t normally think about, but that can make a difference between life and death in today’s unpredictable world.

Join us as John Philippi, Andrew Gorman and Patrick Rafferty of SAP senior global security team host the Chapter and present this informative session.
